2. APPLICATION
We send you documents, like an application form.
Fill in the application form and send it us back with all necessary documents (*1Please check information below)

3. CONTRACT
Contract form and Invoice are issued
Sign the Contract and send it us back (*2)

4. PAYMENT
After the Contract is issued, please make payment by bank transfer or PayPal within 7 business days.
The signed contract with Santek will be to sent to you after confirmation of your payment.

5. CHECK IN
We will provide some information for check in one week before your arrival
Arrival during business hour
Come to the office (next to apartment) and pass keys directly Please let us know what time you arrive.
Arrival out of business hour
Send you an email how to check in.
Please let us know what time you arrive one week before.

All the tenants' valid ID with photo (ex. Passport)
